I’m Beatrice Faulkner, M.S.—an Executive Energy Alignment™ Specialist, Reiki practitioner, and founder of Creative Solutions Hub Wellness LLC.
My work is rooted in the understanding that every space holds energy, and that energy impacts every decision, every conversation, every outcome. I specialize in recalibrating high-performance environments using a blend of intuitive clearing, mindful ritual, and evidence-informed energy techniques.
Before stepping into the world of energy alignment, I spent over two decades in the scientific realm. I hold advanced degrees in forensic science and biology, with years of experience in highly analytical, structured environments. That background allows me to bring a uniquely grounded presence to intuitive work—one that speaks fluently to both data-driven leaders and spiritually attuned visionaries.
As a certified mindset coach, meditation facilitator, and Reiki practitioner (Level II), I’ve trained in multiple modalities that support emotional clarity, environmental harmony, and high-stakes alignment. I’m currently advancing my certification in energy medicine to deepen my ability to work with the subtle energetic fields that influence well-being and success.
My approach is also informed by a deep connection to nature and a commitment to service. I am an active volunteer with the Master Gardener program, where I support sustainable cultivation and land stewardship in my community. I also offer spiritual presence through Chesapeake Hospice, holding space for individuals and families navigating life’s sacred transitions. Both experiences have strengthened my belief in the healing power of intentional presence, whether tending to soil, space, or spirit.
